F I G stands for Fruitful In God, and that’s what we have sought to be from our inception in 2000 to the present day; fruitful in the sense of seeing our wonderful Lord Jesus move in healing, deliverance and impartation in the lives of those who we are privileged to care for. Charismatic in flavour, liberated in worship, F I G is for folk who want to know GOD without the restrictions and weariness of religion. Here, together we seek HIM, wanting to be in step with His leading in worship and sensitive to His heartbeat in the preaching of the word. If you want to meet the Creator of all things - come along Sunday at 3pm, we’d love to meet you and worship Him together.

Our heart is to be available to minister God’s power and truth into the lives of ordinary people. We’re not religious but we’re passionate about having a living relationship with our Father in Heaven. Having been married now for over 29 years and having known each other for nearly 40 years, I think it’s fair to say it’s been Jesus who has made the difference in our relationship and lives together.
We’re here to help and support, although not perfect, we can together, help you discover how great God is.

From the word go we knew we had to have other Men and Women of God to oversee the work at the F I G. Happily during the Skye Alive days Father built strong relationships with Joe Ewen of Riverside Fellowship of Churches, Banff, Buckie and Elgin, and Jeff Oakes of Hosanna Fellowship Tennessee USA. Through the ministry of these wonderful brothers the work of the Fig has strengthened and become more prophetic in its application to people’s lives.

Through our connections with Joe Ewen, we have been privilaged to forge friendships with two church congregations in Siberia, one in Ulan Ude and one in Irkutsk. Through this friendship F I G actively supports their RE-HAB initiative to young and old, where through prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit many are helped in the areas of alcohol and drug addictions.
Jesus spoke these words when instructing his disciples to regularly take communion. Because bread and wine constituted the peoples daily diet, He knew, when eating and drinking, He would be remembered daily!
Taking a moment to remember the goodness of Jesus everyday feeds us spiritually, by combining that with our daily meals can only bring greater blessing to our whole being - mind, body and spirit; which then naturally overflows to bless those around us.
